Order Processing
Shipping times may be delayed due to higher-than-normal demand and possible
weather conditions during the holidays. We appreciate your patience.
All orders, regardless of shipping method or delivery address, may require 1-3 business
days to process before shipping. Delivery estimates refer to the time it takes after an
order has left our warehouse, not the time the order is placed.
Orders may experience longer processing times during and immediately following peak
holiday season and other limited promotions and holidays.
Orders using FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2-3 Day shipping that are placed
before 12 pm Central Time will process the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm
Central Time will process the next business day.
Orders with Economy Shipping that are placed on weekends and/or holidays will begin
processing the first available business day.
Shipping Costs and Transit Times
Shipping price is based on size and weight. Estimated shipping costs can be seen
during checkout.
Transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Note: FedEx does not guarantee
transit times between November 1 - January 1.
Weather and natural disasters can disrupt shipping services. For any current delays or
disruptions please visit the carrier's notice site.

USPS Priority: 3-5 Business Days
Canada Shipments:
FedEx International Priority: 1-3 Business Days
FedEx International Connect Plus: 3-5 Business Days
Customers from Canada will be billed in US dollars ($). Your GST/PST/HST will
be added to the product cost during check out. Your order will be shipped DDP
(Delivery Duty Paid) meaning there will be no cost to you upon delivery of your
order.
Tracking Issues
Once your order has shipped, we’re always happy to help, but you have the same
tracking information as we do. Please try to resolve issues with the carrier directly. If all
else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance.
Sales Tax
Unless a reseller has provided tax exemption documentation, PocketSling, LLC. is
required by law to collect and remit sales tax on all orders that are shipped to addresses
